This recipe is also used in Bangladesh. Ingredients:
2 potatoes, peeled and cooked |
1 cup flour |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoon anise seed |
Directions:
1. Mash the potatoes with half a cup of hot water. 2. Add the flour, sugar, anise seed an salt to taste and knead to a dough. 3. Roll the dough out to 6 thin circles and fry them in hot oil or ghee, 1 1/2 minute per side. |
