1 lb meatloaf mix ( beef, pork veal ) or use what you like, even turkey |
1/2 to 3/4 cup seasoned brerad crumbs |
1/4 cup romano cheese grated |
5 tbs pine nuts ( toast them ) |
3 tbs soft raisins chopped |
2 cloves garlic minced |
1/2 cup italian parsley finely chopped |
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil |
dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and fresh ground pepper |
