Ingredients:
1/3 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs |
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted |
vegetable cooking spray |
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat ice cream, softened |
1/2 cup strawberry nonfat ice cream, softened |
2 teaspoons chocolate nonfat ice cream topping |
Directions:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine in a small bowl. Firmly press crumb mixture evenly into bottom of a 5-inch springform pan coated with cooking spray. 2. Spoon vanilla ice cream into crust; cover and freeze until set. Spoon strawberry ice cream over vanilla. Cover and freeze until set. Drizzle chocolate topping over ice cream filling; cut into wedges, and serve immediately. |
