Tried and true and all I can say is elegance in a pan. Yummers. Ingredients:
24 ladyfingers |
1/2 cups light rum |
1/2 pint pistachio ice cream slightly softened |
1 pint strawberry ice cream slightly softened |
1/2 cup canned chocolates syrup |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle ladyfingers lightly with rum. 2. Line mold about 6 inches in diameter and 5 inches deep with some of the ladyfingers. 3. Fill bottom with pistachio ice cream. 4. Top with remaining ladyfingers. 5. Place strawberry ice cream over top layer of ladyfingers. 6. Place in freezer 30 minutes. 7. To serve loosen edge with spatula. 8. Turn out onto platter and pass chocolate syrup. |
