This is a refeshing light dessert for after a good Italian dinner. Good with a nice candlelight dinner ! Ingredients:
4 good-sized peaches or use 8 canned-peach halves |
2 cups sugar |
4 cups orange juice |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
3/4 cup apricot brandy |
Directions:
1. Peel fresh peaches, cut into haves, and remove pits. 2. Then cut into small cubes( or use canned peaches as directed above & cut into cubes) 3. Add sugar and stir well. 4. Add orange and lemon juice 5. Stir, then add 1/4 cup of brandy 6. Mix all ingred. well and freeze 7. Serve with 1 Tbsp. of apricot brandy floated on top. 8. Serves 8 |
