Nelson Cookie Bake Green Bon Bon Cookies |

Delicious butter cookie with a chocolate center. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (softened) |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 -2 drop green food coloring paste |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
20 -25 hershey chocolate kisses |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix thoroughly butter, sugar, vanilla.
3. Add food coloring.
4. Mix in flour and salt until dough hold together. (If dough is dry, mix in 1 – 2 Tablespoons light cream.
5. Mold dough by teaspoonfuls around Hershey Kiss.
6. Place cookies about 1 inch apart on parchment lined cookie sheets.
7. Bake 12 – 15 minutes or until set but not browned.
8. Cool. Dip tops of cookies into Icing.
