This drink is very interesting if you like the taste of mint. I made it and I can taste the creme de menthe and peach schnapps. But I can't taste the triple sec but it's there for a reason ;) This is from the Bartender's Guide Ingredients:
1 ounce triple sec |
1 ounce peach schnapps |
1 ounce white creme de menthe |
lemon twist |
Directions:
1. Pour the triple sec, peach schnapps and white creme de menthe over ice cubes in a mixing glass (I used a shaker) and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (martini glass for me) and decorate with the twist of lemon peel.
