This is a great variation of pecans. They are slightly sweet and make great gifts Ingredients:
2 cups pecan halves |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup tap water |
Directions:
1. Heat all the ingredients in an iron skillet on medium heat. 2. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until all the moisture is cooked out. 3. Sugar will crystallize on pecans. 4. Turn out on wax paper. 5. Break apart as they cool. |
