Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream |
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
fudge sauce |
Directions:
1. Divide ice cream into four equal portions; shape each into a ball. Roll each ball in pecans until well coated. Wrap each pecan - coated ball in waxed paper; freeze until serving time. 2. Remove waxed paper from balls, and place balls in individual bowls. Pour Fudge Sauce over top, and serve immediately. |
