I used to have this cake at our monthly bunko game. This is a very rich cake. Ingredients:
1 cake mix (raspberry or any other) |
4 eggs |
1 pound powdered sugar |
1 stick oleo |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 8oz cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut oleo into cake mix; add chopped nuts and 1 beaten egg.
2. Make stiff dough, press out into 9 x 13 pan.
3. Soften cream cheese; beat in powdered sugar, and 3 beaten eggs.
4. Pour over cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
