Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
11/2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 tsps baking soda |
4 cups flour |
11/2 cups diced mango |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
1 cup chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs, stir in dry ingredients, mangoes and lemon juice. 3. Pour into two 8-inch loaf pans. 4. Bake 350F for 1 hour until loaf tests done. 5. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool thoroughly. |
