I have learnt this from my mom. Basicly you may use any kind of fruit such as cherry, peach and so on. Ingredients:
20 g butter |
20 g sugar |
8 g vanilla |
7 eggs |
1 tablespoon rum |
100 g almond, finely ground |
200 g flour |
pinch of salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
500 g nectarine |
Directions:
1. Peal nectarine, and cut into small cubes. 2. Stir butter with sugar, add 6 egg yolks and 1 egg, rum, almond, flour and baking soda. 3. Beat 6 egg white with a pinch of salt and vanilla and add to the egg yolk mixture. 4. Butter and flour a baking form and add pastry. 5. Add fruit on top. 6. Preheat oven to 180 °C and bake it for 30 minutes. |
