Ingredients:
3 medium nectarines, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 medium-size red onion, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
2 jalapeƱo peppers, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hours.
