What an incredible delight this one is. The unique blending of two types of cheesees, ham, potatoes and mushrooms into a quiche is devine. We have eaten this for breakfast and dinner on occasion and I have served it to overnight guests at brunch time. Read more . My niece asked me to serve this at her housewarming party I threw for her and it was a huge hit. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1-1/2 cups milk |
1/3 cup margarine melted |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1 teaspoon minced onion dehydrated |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded |
1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded |
1 cup cheddar or swiss cheese shredded |
1 cup ham |
1 cup new potatoes |
1/4 cup mushrooms |
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, milk, margarine, lemon pepper and onion in blender for 1 minute. 2. When well blended pour over cheese, ham, potatoes and mushrooms and stir gently. 3. Gently stir in baking mix and pour into nonstick sprayed pie pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. 4. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving. |
