Awesome artichoke spinach dip recipe, not for when you're watching calories!
Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, raw
10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped
14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
10 ounces alfredo sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Bake garlic for 20 minutes, or until soft.
3. Mix all ingredients and add to a small oven safe dish or bread bowl.
4. Bake 30 minutes.
5. Serve with toasted french bread or crackers.
