Awesome artichoke spinach dip recipe, not for when you're watching calories! Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, raw |
10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped |
14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped |
10 ounces alfredo sauce |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. 2. Bake garlic for 20 minutes, or until soft. 3. Mix all ingredients and add to a small oven safe dish or bread bowl. 4. Bake 30 minutes. 5. Serve with toasted french bread or crackers. |
