Natvia Roasted Red Capsicum Dip

I love roasted capsicum and dipping it with bread and crackers, I just can't stop eating!
Ingredients:
4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
60 ml cold pressed olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon low calorie sweetener (natvia 100% natural)
cracked black pepper, salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients (but only the oil) in a food processor until it comes together.
2. Adding the rest of oil, if required.
3. Serve with vegetable crudites.
