I used to use this recipe out in Chicago while teaching pre-school. It's hands-on for the kids and fairly healthy.
Ingredients:
3 cups dry skim milk
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. On a board, sprinkle some extra dry skim milk.
2. Start mixing in a bowl, the milk, peanut butter, honey and vanilla.
3. Turn onto the board and mix tog. till it is nice and smooth.
4. Roll into small balls.
