Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
2. Adults take 3 teaspoons as needed.
