I have always been very sensitive to the commercial cleaners. They make my nose burn and head hurt. I finally found an alternitive that smells so good and really kills germs and diseases. The castile soap, essential oils, apple cider vinegar, and GSE can be purchased very inexpensively from . Ingredients:
2 cups warm water |
1/4 cup dr. bronners citrus castile soap |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
30 drops lemon essential oils |
20 drops grapefruit seed extract |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix altogether in a spray bottle. I use a Clorox Green bathroom spray bottle. The foaming nozzle works great and really coats the surfaces well.
2. 2. Enjoy a very fresh and clean bathroom. I use it for toilet surfaces, sink and I have even used it for the floor and mirror.
3. 3. You may subsitute different essential oils and castile soap but the Grapefruit seed extract is very important becasue it kills the germs.
