This is a simple excellent dip. I also use as a base for stuffed mushrooms. This makes a lot of dip but it freezes well and is great for parties and gatherings. Ingredients:
400g tub kraft philly cream cheese |
400g tub filled back up with mayonaise |
2.4 kg clover leaf crab delectables(costco) |
3 large garlic cloves crushed |
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes |
1 tbsp rosemary |
1/2 basil |
Directions:
1. Mix together in bowl chill an serve. Fantastic dip! 2. For Stuffed mushrooms 3. take 1 1/2 C dip 4. 1/2 Cup panko/ bread crumbs 5. 1TBSP Parm cheese 6. 1 TBSP dried onion 7. mix scoop into cleaned mushrooms(12) 8. top with shreaded chees of choice ( I use a 3 cheese blend for pizza) then sprinkle with Parm again and bake 350 for 10-15 min. 9.
