Ingredients:
cinnamon |
3-4 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
3-4 eggs |
6 cup(s) milk |
dash(es) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. separate egg yolks, beat whites till fluffy, frothy, or stiff in large pan. add vanilla to egg whites set aside. 2. mix egg yolks, cornstarch, & 1 cup milk. set aside. 3. heat 5 cups milk, sugar, dash cinnamon & salt, keep stirring. add egg yolk mixture, keep stirring. when thick add to egg whites, mix and sprinkle with cinnamon. modify recipe to your liking. Enjoy hot or cold. |
