Breakfast sausage that has a sweet taste. I made this up basing proportions on other sausage recipes I have seen. I like best the fast that no special spices like cure #1 or MSG are required. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 garlic clove |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper |
1 teaspoon onion flakes |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1/8 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thourougly. Make patties to fry until fully cooked. |
