Natali's Tastier Tuna Casserole |

I made a tuna casserole a while back that just wasn't the best, or the worst, but here is my second attempt to create tuna noodle casserole and it is much better. Ingredients:
3 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water |
16 ounces noodles |
4 ounces mushrooms |
1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas |
1 (15 ounce) can carrots |
10 ounces cheddar cheese soup |
10 ounces broccoli cheese soup |
1 -2 cup cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. cook noodles of your choice until al dente. 2. meanwhile in a greased 13x9, drain tuna, mix all of the ingredients except the soups, cheese and milk. 3. drain noodles. 4. dump in pan. 5. pour soups and milk in 6. salt and pepper to taste. 7. stir until blended together. 8. cover top with cheese 9. bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until golden on top and heated through. |
