I LOVE egg drop soup, and this recipe is pretty darn close to the restaurant version! Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth |
4 large eggs |
1 dash soy sauce |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Separate yolks from egg whites, set aside. 2. Bring chicken broth to a simmer, stir in egg whites. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, another 5-10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks, stirring them in quickly so as to prevent them from cooking. 4. Serve and enjoy! |
