Napa Cabbage Salad

This was served at one of our faculty holiday luncheons. It was devoured by all and the most requested recipe.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) bags coleslaw
2 -3 sliced green onions
2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, save the seasoning packets for the dressing
6 ounces sunflower seeds
6 ounces almonds
1/2 cup butter
1 cup oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Directions:
1. Saute noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in butter, set aside. Slice onions and add to coleslaw set aside.
2. Make dressing:.
3. Combine all dressing ingredients and the ramen noodles seasoning packets. Stir until sugar dissolves. Salad and dressing can be prepared ahead of time.
4. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
