Napa Cabbage Jicama And Green Apple Slaw |

This is a flavorful take on an old BBQ standby. Serve right after tossing if you prefer a nice crunchy slaw or let marinade in the refrigerator for an hour before serving. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups napa cabbage, shredded |
1 1/2 pounds jicama, peeled and shredded |
1 cup daikon radish, shredded |
2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and shredded |
2 large carrots, shredded |
1 stalk celery, finely sliced |
1 firm pear, peeled and shredded |
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped |
3 tbsp. olive oil |
3 tbsp. orange juice |
1 tbsp. lime juice |
1 tbsp. lemon juice |
seasalt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss until evenly blended. Serve. |
