A winner from Sunset Magazine. Ingredients:
6 cups napa cabbage, finely shredded |
2 cups carrots, shredded |
1 large red bell pepper, julienned |
1/2 cup pickled ginger, finely shredded |
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill up to 6 hours before serving. |
