This is one of the many recipes from my grandmothers cookbook. She passed away in May of 2005 and I am recording her wonderful recipes for my family and the many generations that will follow. 1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 egg yolk |
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Mix all well. 2. Cook until slightly thickened. 3. If to thick add a little water. |
