From Nannys Collection Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef, browned |
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup butter |
4 tablespoons flour |
2 cups milk |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese |
1/4 cup chopped green chili |
12 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Melt butter- add flour to make a roux- add milk. 2. Mix this w/ everything else excpet tortillas and reserving 1 c cheddar. 3. Layer tortillas w/ your mix- ending w/ mix on top and top w/ reserved cheddar. Bake at 350 until bubbly on top. |
