Nanny's Cream Cheese Pound Cake |

This recipe comes from the sweetest lady in the world, my Nanny! So light and fluffy, no doubt that you will love it! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oleo, room temperature |
3 cups cake flour |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature |
6 eggs, room temperature |
3 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a bowl add oleo and sugar, blend. 2. Add cream cheese. 3. Add one egg and small amount of flour at a time, until all the eggs and flour are added. 4. Beat until very smooth. 5. Add flavoring. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 7. Variation: Can use lemon, almond, orange, butter, or choice of flavoring. |
