Great Meatball appetizer. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen italian-style meatballs, cooked |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 cup sugar |
4 teaspoons cornstarch |
4 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 1/3 cups water |
1 medium onion, chopped, cooked |
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
Directions:
1. Mix together sauce ingredients over low heat and cool until thick. 2. Add meatballs and heat through. 3. Serve. |
