Nancy's Scampi Sauce

Add 1/2 c Ian's whole wheat planko[bread crumbs], 1/4 c reduced fat parmesan cheese, and 1 C pasta(per serving)to the sauce (Add to log)
Ingredients:
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c light margarine
1/8 c lemon juice
2 t garlic, minced
298 g chicken broth, low sodium
2 t basil, fresh, chopped
1 c broccoli
1/2 t black pepper
1 1/2 lb shrimp
Directions:
1. Heat non stick electric skillet on low, add oil and oleo, let melt.
2. Add garlic and chicken broth.(I use Cambell's Chicken Broth - Low Sodium Soup - analyzer wouldn't recognize it)
3. Add chopped broccoli and fresh basil, turn heat up to 350*. Cover and let broccoli steam, just til tender.
4. Add freshly cracked black pepper, bread crumbs, reduced fat parmesan cheese, mix well.
5. Add precooked, cleaned shrimp, tails removed. (4 oz per serving)
6. Serve over pasta of your choice. (Don't forget to add pasta, etc to log)
