A great all-purpose marinade. I use it with all sorts of meats, poultry and even pork. Serving amounts and cooking times will vary depending on what you are using the marinade with.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients. You can add herbs if desired. Keep in covered jar in fridge.
