This was served to me at dinner. It was so tasty I asked for the recipe. My friend said this is so easy, delicious and only has the three ingredients. It can be multiplied as needed Ingredients:
1 10 oz to 12 oz or a bit larger can of artichokes in water ( not in marinade ) |
1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese ( buy the kind in containers at the deli section ) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Drain arichokes 2. Chop into pieces. 3. Simple mix the artichokes, cheese and mayo all together. 4. Place in a small caserole dish 5. Bake uncovered until hot andbubbly about 30 minutes |
