A quick and easy cheese ball recipe given to me by a friend. I'm not sure where she got the recipe, which is why I call it Nancy's Cheese Ball. Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1 8-ounce package cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 stick butter, slightly softened |
3 tbsp ranch dip mix |
2 tsp chives |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, ranch mix, and chives. Mix until smooth. 2. Form into a ball. 3. Roll ball in chopped pecans. 4. Can be served immediately or allowed to chill in refrigerator. |
