quick and easy cheese spread or ball to serve with crackers, veggies, or what have you. (cousin eats this on bake potatoes, eww) It's really good with wheat or other whole grain crackers. Ingredients:
(2) 8 ounce cream cheese, softened |
1 dry package of ranch dip/dressing mix |
cracked black pepper |
chop roasted nuts such as pecans, walnuts, or almonds |
Directions:
1. mix cream cheese and dressing mix. 2. form into log or ball and coat with black pepper and if wanted, roasted nuts. 3. I find this messy and can't stand to have it under my nails so I spray pam in a shallow container, coat the container with a layer of pepper, fill with the cream cheese mixture, and put in fridge to stiffen it up. 4. When ready to serve take out of fridge, turn container over (non breakable kind), and slam the hell out of it on a hard surface. Comes out perfect each time! LOL |
