This is a recipe I said I would post for my Nana. She swears by it as a cure all to keep you regular so if your having problems in that area try this!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup bran flakes (heaping) |
1 tablespoon bran buds |
3/4 medium banana (sliced) |
1 tablespoon raisins (heaping) |
6 whole almonds |
milk |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl and cover with milk! Enjoy! She also alternates the raisins with a heaping TBS of dried prunes and apricots (together) every other day. |
