My Nana sent this recipe to me because she knew I liked easy, fast, recipes. Ingredients:
4 cups blueberries |
2 cups sugar |
1 (3 ounce) box lemon jell-o gelatin |
Directions:
1. Slightly blend 2 cups blueberries in blender. 2. Combine blended berries, remaining whole berries, sugar, and lemon Jello mixture. 3. Boil ingredients for 2 minutes. 4. Pour hot mixture into hot jars. 5. Cool. 6. Let set 24 hours at room temperature. 7. Freeze jam. |
