This is my daughters favourite dip that their Nana Jude makes. A southwest US recipe. Ingredients:
300 g salsa (i use a jar of old el paso's thick and chunky) |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (i recommend sweet chilli with coriander) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Let set in fridge for an hour. 3. Serve with corn chips. |
