There is a correct way to bake potatoes, but sadly even restaurants screw it up. Potatoes should never be baked in foil. Try this for the best baked potato ever. Ingredients:

1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Wash and dry potato 3. With a fork or sharp knife, pierce potato 3 or 4 times 4. place directly on oven rack 5. Bake 50 or 60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork 6. Use a fork to pierce skin in zig-zag pattern 7. Squeeze ends and potato will open 8.
