Gnocchi made with ricotta - easy and lower carb than the regular gnocchi Ingredients:
1 lb ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 egg yolk |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients and knead until dough is firm. 2. roll into little balls and then curl dough balls around thumb using back of fork to make ridges in them. 3. Place gnocchi into boiling water and when they rise to the top they're done. 4. Drain them and put favorite sauce on them. |
