Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes |
1/2 cup milk |
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. -Bakepotatoes. 2. Cut in half and carefully scoop out potato without breaking skin. 3. Place potato pulp in pot, mash with milk. 4. Stir in remaining ingredient. 5. Pile mixture into shells. 6. Bake on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or till hot and bubbly. |
