I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Hungry Girl. A serving is 2 tablespoons. Ingredients:
4 ounces light vanilla soymilk |
3 ounces fat-free cheddar cheese |
2 ounces laughing cow light swiss cheese (2 wedges) |
2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat stovetop at low-medium heat. 2. Stirring frequently, heat until cheeses have melted and sauce is well mixed and hot. |
