I was making a friends recipe for a nacho lasagna and goofed. So i just threw together this to save the ingredients I had bought. With a minor tweek. Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef |
1 jar (16oz) chunky salsa, any level of heat |
2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheese soup or nacho cheese soup |
1 can (10oz) enchilada sauce, any level of heat |
2 - 3 cups shredded mexican blend cheese |
tortilla chips |
suggested garnishes: jalapenos, olives, onions, etc |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, until no longer pink. Drain. Return to pan. 2. Add salsa, soup and enchilada sauce to the ground beef. Mix thoroughly. Heat all the way through. 3. Serve hot, top with shredded cheese and any garnishes served with chips. 4. Enjoy |
