Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 dash(es) salt |
1 dash(es) pepper |
1 dash(es) onion powder |
2 clove(s) garlic minced |
2 jar(s) 16 oz. salsa (as hot or mild as you like it) |
1 can(s) 15 oz. refried beans |
1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
3 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese divided |
1 bag(s) tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add salt, pepper, onion powder and minced garlic. 2. Combine beef, salsa, beans, sour cream and 2 cups cheese in slow cooker. 3. Cover. Heat on Low 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle remaining cheese. 4. Serve with tortilla chips. |
