This recipe came to me Courtesy of Sandra Lee. I had always eaten Naan with my Indian takeout but every recipe I found was Labor Intensive. This one isn't and it's just as good as our local take-away spot Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can pizza crusts |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed |
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed |
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. 2. Remove pizza crust from can and unroll onto baking sheet. Using your hands, press out the dough until it is approximately 1/4-inch thick. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with seeds. 3. Bake until lightly golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into serving size pieces. |
