Naan Sense Or Middle Eastern Flat Bread

This was the closest I could find to the bread we would get in Turkey. Heck it might be the same stuff as it tastes just like what I got there. It was served in all the cafes we went to as an appetizer and with all the meals. Read more . It was served topped with cheese and a small jar of jelly.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. dry yeast
5 to 6 cups sifted flour
2 cups very warm tap water or milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large mixer bowl, combine yeast and 2 cups flour.
2. Heat together water or milk, sugar and salt just until warm.
3. Add to dry mixture in bowl.
4. Beat at a low speed with an electric mixer for just a minute, scraping bowl constantly.
5. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
6. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough.
7. Turn out on floured surface and need until smooth and elastic.
8. Place in greased bowl turning once
9. Cover and let rise until doubled; 30-40 minutes
10. Punch down, cover and let rest 10 minutes
11. Divide dough into six balls
12. Roll each hall into a flat 8 inch circle.
13. Bake on lightly floured cookie sheet on bottom rack at 450 degrees for 5 minutes until puffed, and then broil the top to brown the bread.
14. Cool on cloth covered surface.
