1 starch Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup water |
nonstick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients to form a dough. 2. Let the dough rise until it doubles, about 1 hour. 3. Punch the dough down and divide it into 10 parts. 4. Roll each part into a thin circle. 5. Brush one side with water. 6. Preheat the oven to 400°F Spray a griddle with nonstick cooking spray. 7. Put the circles on the hot griddle, watered side up. 8. Cook until half done or lightly browned, about 3 minutes. 9. Transfer to a nonstick cookie sheet. 10. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. |
