This is a GREAT dessert for a working mom who does not have much time to get it together and on the table. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juices |
1 (15 ounce) can blueberry pie filling |
1 yellow cake mix |
3/4 cup butter, melted |
3/4 cup pecan pieces |
Directions:
1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350. 2. Pour can of crushed pineapples in a 9 x 13 pan, spread evenly. 3. Spread can of blueberry (or cherry) pie filling on top of pineapples. 4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of fruit. 5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix. 6. Sprinkle pecan pieces evenly on the top. 7. Place in oven and cook at 350 for 25-35 min until golden brown and bubbly. |
