The name of the recipe caught me, then I read the ingredients and thought...someone out there is gonna love this! From an old cookbook found at an estate sale. 'Old Time Recipes for Good Times Now' Ingredients:
3 small pkg. raspberry gelatin |
1 1/2 c boiling water |
32 oz. canned tomatoes |
12 drops hot sauce |
topping |
8 oz. sour cream substitute |
1 tsp horseradish |
sugar and salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add the tomatoes. 2. Mix in a blender or an electric mixer, stir in the hot sauce. Refrigerate until firm. 3. Top with topping. |
